TalonSS Performance with New TT Hammer and Trigger Spring…
Hello Everyone –
So, I received and installed the new 65g TT Hammer and Trigger Spring for my TalonSS. I purchased some Top Hat Shims, and will give those a try next.
Overall, I am very happy with this initial set of improvements, and will install the top hat shims and refine things from here.

However, I already had installed a #47 O-ring and had some chrono numbers on, so here is the lastest result with just the TT Hammer and Trigger Spring:
Created: 22/09/18 09:31
Description: TalonSS
Starting PSI: 2750
Ending PSI: 2100
Tune:
65g TT Hammer and Trigger Spring
#47 O-ring
Power Wheel = 4.0
Distance to Chrono(FT): 5.00
Ballistic Coefficient: 0.150
Bullet Weight(gr): 10.34
Temp: 74 °F
BP: 30.11 inHg

Based on these chrono results, I shot several strings at 30 yards this afternoon, and noticed that the most accrurate perfomance was around 870FPS, which correlates to about 2500PSI.
So, I topped the gun off a little higher at 2600PSI and got this accuracy at 30 Yards:

I had 3 flyers, and it seems I probably put my Hawke 4×12 and get a little more accuracy than the 2×7 I had on there today.
Many thanks to Tony for answering my questions and helping me understand the TalonSS.
Best Regards,
Fletch
