No more twang!
My new Vulcan2 in .25 is twang free, not even a hint of a twang. But, my Vulcan .22 still has a twang, until today. I kept thinking, there’s got to be a way to stop the twang. So I took my spring out and measured it, 3/8″. I looked around in the barn and found a roll of 3/8″ heat shrink, so I cut a 1/2″ of heat shrink and twisted it onto the spring. I didn’t even heat the heat shrink, it fit real snug. I Inserted it back into the gun and I couldn’t believe it, no more twang!!!
