shrouds from Talontunes
Hello everybody. This is my first post on your great forum. I am going to purchase a Talon SS .22 soon and I have a few questions. I like the Talon SS for it’s quiet report and i also like the 18″ barrel for it’s added velocity. Does the shroud from Talontunes make the 18″ bbl as quiet as the stock 12″ bbl on the Talon? How would the shrouded 18″ barrel compare to a 12″ barrel with a Talontunes shroud? Can you give me a ballpark price for a shroud from Talontunes? Can I purchaase a complete Talon SS with shroud and other tune ups direct from Talon Tunes? Thank you for your time and your help.

Hi Kenny and welcome,
What you are asking for is similar to what I have. I have a 16″ barrel with a talon tune shroud and it is quieter then the Talon SS with 12″.
Talon Tunes does carry Airforce guns and you will have to talk to Tony what the price is. His work is custom so prices do vary. His shrouds have a lot of detail in there construction and the price reflects that. Silence is worth a lot to me so it was worth every penny.
