Airforce Swivel Studs

Are the Airforce swivel studs as “tall” as normal rifle studs? In particular, I’m wondering about the one that mounts on the rail. I’ve got a bipod for my real rifles that just attaches to a sling stud. I would rather try to use that one than buy the $70 Airforce one.
