Question on Shrouds

Quick question for the members who know. I live in a naiberhood where if you fart your naibers can smell it, plus I am surround by 2 story houses. I am looking to quiet down my Talon SS by a lot. The guy that lives behind me leaves his dog food out all day and I am sure you can guess what comes to eat it. Yup those FUCKING Grackles. Any help or advice would be great.
Thanx

Thanx Sotxguy I just sent Tony a email.

As Tron stated it will take the edge off the gun, just about anything you do will help. The problem with washers is tolerance and aliment. Get it wrong and you’ll have clipping and possible internal damage.

I’ll have to contact Tony. I have looked at the washers and orings post. How quiet is it? As for the grackles I will not be shooting at the ones on the fence, just the ones that are in my back yard on the ground. I don’t want to punch a hole in somebody’s house or have to pay for a window.
Thank you for the info guys
Jeff

Talontunes shroud is the best choice, bigger the better (quieter) What ya going to do with the grackles after they been shot? Neighbors will be upset if a lot of dead critters start appearing around the yard

If you are looking for something cheap and simple, whilst also keeping the rifle short, you can fill up the dead space between the end of the barrel and the end-cap with alternate washers and springs. It won’t be as quiet as an external shroud, but it will take much of the edge from the rifle.

A tony’s shroud is the best advice I could give you, as I have one SS with his shroud and another SS without one. The shrouded gun makes you wonder if it is even shooting at full power it is so quiet.
