Eu Jin Pellets
I just got a Talon SS, .177 barrel. I’ve been shooting Predator pellets, which seem to work fairly well, but wanted to try something heavier, so I picked up some Eu Jin pellets. But they are noticiably bigger than the Predators, and when I try to insert them in the barrel, they are big enough that I would have to jam them in with some force. I’m not inlcined to stick something in the barrel that tight. Has anyone else tried these? I tried several different pellets from the tin, and all seemed too tight.

I’ve had good luck with the EJ’s, but they need some velocity to work well, and that’s tough to get with the 12″ barrel and stock valve. They work well in my 18″ .177 at around 900 fps, snug but not too tight. Same for my 24″ .22. On the other hand, Predators aren’t so good in my guns for some reason. Best is Kodiaks, either caliber. You might also try CPH’s. Later.
