Overjoyed with the fact that Ive made the right choice and got my SS. Ive got my two new barrels in the mail and Im lovin this thing 18″ .177 and .20 cal. got my Ideal .177 speeds flew some Kodiaks today at 990 plus on pw 8.5.- 😈 Tremendous accuracy and energy out of the .20 cal 😈 …as ive said before my spring guns are history…crosman 10.5 and the lights are great at 950. not so sure why i waited so long. gonna have to stock up on my heavy pellets – cant imagine a 24″ in .177. At lower pw settings 1 2 3 there is is a smart pop for a report at 5 6 7 8 theres a good pretty good pop,then you say to yourself ok that was pretty loud. no ear protection and my .22lr savage sounds like a pin drop in comparison but there is no need to muffle when at my cousins range and even at pw 6 – 7 at home is not a concern.
