Airguns Forever?
Didn’t really know how to name the topic. But, many people, including TAG members, have really impressive airgun collections. For whatever reason we buy airguns, plinking, hunting, FT competitions, or just to collect dust, sooner or later we come (?) to the same point where we start thinking, “this is just too much.” Too much money spent, or too many guns, or both. So, have anyone of you thought about what are you going to do when it’s time for you to go…? You can always take them with you six feet under…hm…
I know a guy who is 78 years old, have at least 7 airguns and dozen of firearms, and still shoots squirrels and rabbits with them [airguns]. So, what are your thoughts on this? Are you trying to get your kids and grandkids into airgunning, and if not, what is your move?

I just visited a guy with 1300+ airguns, 2 air cannons, and his own compressor.
I could not help but think when I was looking at his collection…..I could decorate my house like this….if I did not have a wife.

When I divorced my X, may she rest in pieces, asked that I sell my weapons and divide the spoils. My response you might ask? I told her to sell off all her jewelry and I’d sell my guns. We could then split the money from the sales. I then told her that I’d buy all my weapons back and I’d have money in my pocket and she would be missing a lot of jewelry. She dropped the issue.
My new and improved wife insisted I buy a big ass gun safe to keep all the things that go boom. She was kind enough to pay for a giant gun safe that is an absolute jewel. It’s even shiny with gold fixtures! I think I’ll keep this wife. She has a much better attitude toward my fixations.

My kids shoot airguns all the time but they are starting to fade away from shooting as much. I think when I go they will get them and most likly sale them for $50 each…..LOL. And that’s when I come back from the dead and kick there a$$ for that. 👿
Shoot I am sure by then Rick Peterson will have bought every available airgun in the U.S.
