dirty pellets

can dirty pellets be put in a tumbler with corn cob media for 30 minutes or so? without damage has anyone done this!!! comments please thanks kingpin

For even better cleaning of dirty pellets like CPs, I use Super Clean cleaner/degreaser. I dump about 12 tins of the pellets in a tub and spray the cleaner, shake the tub, let it sit for about fifteen minutes, then rinse with water.

You can clean dirty pellets by soaking them in water dish soap. let them set for a while then rinse with clean water.

I wouldn’t do it.

You will end up with dented pellets with media stuck inside the skirts. If the media has any polishing rouge in it, you will end up with rouged pellets instead of dirty ones.
