Guys, I was looking at this post

it looks easy enough to make. I have access to a 7×14 mini lathe and a drill press that has a cross slide table. I should be able to drill and turn a piece of bar stock no problem. Then clamp the bar in the cross slide table and drill out the holes with a 7/8 hole saw drill bit. Aluminium shouldn’t be too hard to drill since it is pretty soft compaired to steel.

Any idea what size hole is drilled thru the center for a .22 cal? I was thinking a 1/4″ drill bit would work well.

Also any idea if this type of baffle would quiet down a standard 18″ Talon, as well as a “K” type baffle system?

I just use 1/4″ holes for .22’s, even a long shroud sticking out the frame is fine with a 1/4″ hole so one contained within the frame will be no problem.

It will work, not sure if it will work better than another design tho. I’d guess that in an air gun the difference would be negligible.
