Q:

condor shroud

i have a .22 condor with a 24″ barrel on it.
in NZ we dont have any laws to building/making silencer or shrouds except you can not deal them with a firearms licence.
when building a shroud could you take out the cap at the end of the frame and put the shroud straight in side it and vent the front bushing??
or just stop at the cap?

just wondering what effect it would have to have the shroud directly into the frame.
cheers

i was just thinking of making a full barrel suppressor conected to the frame
as an idea

Did a shroud for a 24″ barrel recently.

and with the tube fitted.

The tube doesnt make contact with the barrel or frame but rests on O rings. One at the very front of the core, and the other with the inside of the frame. With the cap removed. I dont think there’s any real benefit in venting the bush when there’s that much volume. to work with. But others may disagree.
