How do you remove barrel to drill bushing?
I did several searches and couldn’t find how to remove the barrel so I can drill the front bushing, help!!

It may have been put together slightly off from the factory, or maybe you tightened it in a different order than they did. You want to sneak up on all four screws a little at a time. Don’t tighten one fully and then go for the others. Two of the screws push up, and two push over. You are essentially forcing the barrel/bushings into the upper right corner at a 45 degree angle (as viewed from the stock end). I believe these set screws actually bottom on the barrel steel through a clearance hole in the aluminum bushing.
Is it possible you flipped a bushing over and reinstalled it? That might make enough difference for a small change in POI.
Check those screws in a couple days. If they’re loose, you didn’t tighten them enough. I learned this through experience…
