i am new here and want a talon but…

is it possible if i buy a regular Talon (with the 18″ barrel) and if i buy a 24″ barrel to put on it, can i then put a shroud on it to make it quiet? im new to all this and i am a little confused on what to get.

should i get a Talon SS and if i buy an 18″ barrel can i then shroud it to make it quiet? also where can i buy a shroud to do all this? Can someone please help me deside or explain this stuff to me because i am very confused with all this

i have the ss its short and quiet, using heavy eungin pellets im dropping jackrabbits at 80 yards aint no problem, my friend has the 18 inch talon his is shrouded but still not as quiet as mine and with the same pellet he has dropped jacks at 140 yards, these days my priorities have changed
and if i had to do it again id say to hell with quiet and go for the power condor all the way

We’re trying to make suggestions and help. You’ve got too many threads going. Stick to one and make replies. No need for more than one thread on the same topic.

You really should do some research. All of the information you are looking for is here on this forum.

Again, I’d suggest an SS if you want quiet. If you want uber powerful get a Condor. The Talon or Talon SS can be made quiet or more or less powerful with money. The Condor can also be made quiet or more or less powerful. Thing is, with the Condor; getting quieter means making it rather large and unweildy for carry purposes.

Valves/hammers/barrels… everything between the three rifles is interchangeable. Essentially, they can be one in the same. Depends on how much money you want to spend and whether you want to spend it now or later.

If you want a good shroud contact the owner of TalonTunes.com. AirHog.com or FrameExtender.com for cheap ones. Let them know whether you have a Talon or Talon SS and what length barrel and they’ll set you up.

First things first.. if you don’t have a pump, scuba or scba setup for charging pneumatics you should definately look into that.
