thanks alot guys, i appreciate the feedback

Or get a 24″ barrel with a standard flow valve. You will get kodiaks at right around 950 fps, which is the most optimal velocity. For a more compact rig do what guy says above.

A stock SS will shot Kodiaks around 740~760fps. I wouldn’t trust the accuracy beyond 40 maybe 45 yards. Heavy pellets don’t like to travel slowly. It’s best to set up the gun using one type of pellet and stick with it that way you’re not always tiring to remember which one does which.

Give some thought about upgrading to a modified valve and 18” barrel. That will take the gun to almost 40fpe with Kodiaks and 65 yard shots are no problem

They will have more energy that the JSB’s, but will have a more loopy trajectory. So yes, they will hit a little lower, but not too much.

i cant hit pepsi cans easy at 60 yards with jsb exacts right now and can shoot apples off the top of the cans. but what im asking is the extra weight going to be a factor in the pellets flight. i have never used kodiaks before jsut ordered them. and i said 65 yards is max but i dont shoot that far often mainly 35 yards

65 yards on a crow with a 26 fpe gun is asking a lot, and you will need good shot placement.
