Scope mount for AirArms 410
What do you owners use for the scope mount ? High, medium, low ?
I got a 410 coming and I ‘m ordering a scope and I’m not sure what height of mounts work best.

Yeah, it so happens that those knobs were 30mm and I had some low 30mm
rings that I wasn’t using.
I was thinking that someone could turn a sidewheel on a lathe,
and leave a 30mm OD post on one side that would plug into the ring.
A kinda interface between the knob and the sidewheel.
yeah, but where do you put the distances?

I have the high Leapers mounts on my S400erb. They work fine.
If you get a Leapers 30mm scope, be sure to buy 30mm rings/mounts..
(Some guys order 1″ mounts) 🙁
I just checked again. They are high mounts. The medium got switched to the Career.
The scope is a Bushnell Elite 3200
Walkonking, is there enough room for a side wheel to clear the pellet cylinder ? What scope do you have on it ?
You sure those are medium high mounts? They look the same hieght as mine, which are high mounts, (supposed to be anyway)
IIRC I have medium height mounts on mine.

That handle is just for getting a fast focus. I use it for squirrels
in the backyard. (Where I already know the ranges).
I have the OEM wheel on my other Leapers scope. I installed
a wedge of plastic on it, so I could tape on the ranges.
I could install a ranging wedge on the handle too, just tap a couple of holes.
But, I don’t need it a wheel for catching the running squirrel.. 🙂
