Q:

New to Talon airgun.com

Hey guys. How is everyone?

So anyway I bought my first Airforce air rifle 2 weeks ago (Talon SS). after spending some time at Cobra outdoor sports, where I first fell in love with my AG. I drove home, sat outside on the property (my wife a Housekeeper. We live on property. ) and waited for my quarry Rabbits got 2 pretty much out of box (about 10 yards out). Then another Rabbit (15 Yards) the next day. Sorry no pics yet.

Have since sighted / fine tuned the scope (Leapers 6X24X50 mil dot) for “pin point” accuracy at 25 yards.

I love this Airgun. So beautiful in it’s simplicity. Accurate as a train on it’s track.

I have owned a few Ags in my 37 years alive and this is the best so far.

past Ags (don’t all remember models) 3 Daisys and 4 Crossman. 1 sumatra 2500 2 beemans and my Talon SS.

Well have to go, wife is putting diner on the table.

Love my Talon SS

Thanks for the welcome.

I already am starting to go mod. on my SS. I ordered a 24″ .25 barrel from T.T. with the ported bushings. will be getting the shroud for it eventually. along with tune and bushing mod the anti slap new hammer.

Well keep the cross hairs steady.

a whole new world when you realize that daisy and crossman are not the only airguns. Welcome. May your hobby become addiction. I choked on the price of my first, 3 yrs ago but after shooting now find myself with 3 in different configs.

Love TSS,

Welcome,

These little black rifles are fun. Glad you enjoy the site and take a look at the “Quck Reference” section and you will be hooked even more. 😛

Welcome; You are now amoung the “The Few, the Proud and the Silent” of fellow air gunners. Now KILL the WABBIT! AKULA

Always great to see another person who loves the Talons. They sure are addictive…. Welcome to the forum and have fun trying out different things with your SS….

Many find that Kodiaks and Exacts are the fodder of choice for accuracy.

Thanks for the welcome Teflon.

Oh and I have been using beeman Crow Mags and Ram Jets. plus I just picked up some Kodiacs.

Welcome to the Forum, glad to have you, and congrats on the new purchase. It’s also always nice to see another CT resident on the Boards (New Haven for me).
