Got 12 tins from PA late last week, came as 2 sleeves of 5 and one cellophane wrap of 2, and all were dented. The packing material that they used lost air in 9 or 12 “bubbles”
Looked through one tin and the pellets don’t seem too bad, but what do I know. The skirts are still round, but the heads are covered in dings as are the base of the skirts.
Got 10 tins from another seller a couple weeks ago, those tins were also dented. Looked through one tin and found a few with badly deformed skirts and the rest had the same dings as the ones from PA.
Haven’t shot any for accuracy yet, but I’m assuming that this is just the shape they come in. Beeman packs then loose in the tins, so they ding themselves up a bit even if the tin isn’t dented.
Anyone ever get them without dings?

my 8 tins of .25 kodiaks went in the mail yesterday according to pyramids mailing system yay…got no rapid to fire them out of though
mine finely came today, not pa’s fault but fed x’s lagging asses, all tins in perfect shape with no dings.
Now it’s time to go kill something 😈 😉 😈

i recently recieved 4 tins as part of a shipment of some .45 cal ammo as well….3 of 4 tins was dented….and it was obvious once i looked inside the tin that they where only suited as chrony material or paperweights.
i got them all exchanged no problem(without cost to me), but again have been a big customer with them…through the last 3½ years…so it figures they wouldnt start arguing over 30 bucks of pellets and risk loosing a big customer
Just got an order of 4 tins inc. 2 kodiaks. 3 of 4 are dented, both kodiaks are dented. The tins were taped and wrapped in celophane, two pair of two tins wrapped together, but loose in a small box so they could bounce around. I have not looked at every pellet, but with a quick check I did not see any indication that the pellets were deformed beyond the normal spread.
Yaaaa I now belong to the Pyramyd dented tin club! Received my order today. All 4 sleeves (20tins) of Kodiaks are all dented in two places (180º apart) on the tin. All 4 sleeves look identical to each other. Can’t blame the packing. These were obviously damaged before they were packed.

a bunch of inaccurate .25 pellets, and some of those .25 EJ 42 grain
but whats shoots the best in the rapid…the kodiak…i got ½ a tin left….
i dont get the shortage either….i think someone has been speculating too much the value of the dollar, the kodiak is made by H&N in germany….under the name Baracuda
i just placed an order for kodiaks from pa they claim they just shipped them. hope they dont use pony express any more. my last oreder was jsb in a metal tin and of course it was smashed all to he@@.
I’ve had 1 sleeve (10 tins) on order since June. I know when I ordered, it would backorder so I’ll wait. They have been out of stock since March. When I saw that they were back in stock I called and tripled the quantity to 3 sleeves and added some more stuff. The customer service rep stated they had a lot of orders on back order waiting for these pellets. She also expected to run out by the end of the week. Had a tracking # within 24 hrs, no $5 bribe either. Fedex states it will be delivered on Saturday, Really? And free shipping!

I just send Knifemaker 6 tins of Kodiaks and all I am getting is 2 boxes of Crosman Preimeres…How did that happen?….LOL
When I am through my 6 boxes of preimeres and 15 remaining tins of Kodiaks, I will place another order. Maybe JSB or more Preimeres.

Pyramyd shipped my .25 cal order same day I placed the order, and I never paid the bribe.
The order for .22 has been in since early June. I saw they were in stock yesterday and was expecting an email. I got one … telling me the order will be placed on backorder because they were currently out of stock, just like the one they sent in June.
I cant call them from work, so tomorrow they are going to get an earful.
Ive had an order in for 2 months for .22 cal, and they skipped right over me.
If I had a howitzer, it would be aimed right at them.
I know your just saying that for the sake of the ATF if they are reading this…. We both know the MI Militia has several Howitzers !
P.S – I made an order yesterday for some and they shipped today !!!
