Swivel Stud Set & Harris Bipod
Can anyone tell me if the AirForce Swivel Stud Set can be used to mount a Harris Bipod?

The thumb screw on the side of the swivel mount will be in the way. If you could replace that with a simple hex screw or something it would work.
I do believe however that it may not be quite as stable as just drilling and taping the frame.
The way the Harris mounts: A stud “clip” protrudes through the upper contact surface of the bipod. Clip it on and tighten a thumb screw on the bottom of the Harris… this pulls the contact surface of the bipod into the frame/stock of the gun. The more/longer contact area is snugged against the bipod, then theoretically the more stable.
If you’re snugging it to the studs mount, there isn’t much area there to contact and stabilize.
Haven’t tried it so anyone that has could proove otherwise.
