So I just bought a scuba tank, and ordered the Refill Clamp with Gauge from AOA. should be here by Friday. 😀

Using the hand pump is getting old? I think even filling with a scuba tank is getting old to me. Having to go to the dive shop every so often and burn continuously cost-rising fuel only to fill a tank that only gives me a bit over a dozen full fills is indeed getting tiresome. I need something to “breathe some fresh air” (pun intended) into my PCP-charging regimen. 😆 I’m thinking a compressor is going to take care of this problem in the not-too-distant future.
I’ve got 4 scuba tanks. 2 80-3000’s a 120-3400. and a 60-3400. I use the 120 and the 60 for my talon and condor, depending on what I’m doing and where I’m going to go. Getting a fill a fill for a 60-4500 is hard to do without traveling a ways for me.

Na I cheeped out and got a 80cf aluminum tank. You are right 4500psi would be worth it.
Hahah, yeah. I’ve got an aluminum 80 CF 3442 PSI SCUBA that is almost new. If anyone wants to trade a 4500 PSI fiber tank of 66 CF or larger I’m all for it. LoL.

HE HE. Dude, i got another situation for ya. Did you order a Carbon Fiber 4500 PSI tank? They are more expensive but they are 10 times better than the ALUMINUM 1’s. Well worth the money.

I bought a used Bauer Junior breathing air pump a few years ago to fill my scuba tanks. It’s in great shape and only cost $900.00, used. I can get a 3400 psi fill out of it for filling my 120cf tank.A worth while investment if you can find one in good shape.
