Baffle help please

I am getting a new Talon SS in .22 on Friday. The question is which baffle idea is the quietest the spring washer set up or triggerman pvc washer set up? Thank you in agvance for the help.

I used tubing, metal washers, fat assed rubber washers, and repeated in the new one I resonantly made, it added a slight bit of weight with out any springs in there just tubing, but their is no way at all anything can move around inside.
did i mention that it’s sill quitter than a silent but deadly…

I favor the spring/washer/o-ring set up because you can apply enough pressure to the springs when you insert the end cap to insure that nothing can get out of line and nothing is loose. With ANY method, make absolutely sure that the washers are aligned with the bore. This is VITAL!!
