Nuts.
Got my breech done as far as needing to put the sear-indent in but Chesters sent me the wrong clamping-kit and I have no way of securing the piece to the mill-bed. And the three-way vice I bought is too tall to fit under the cutter.
Apart from that everything’s gone reasonably well.

Shit. 😆
I stood in my workshop for a good half-hour trying to think of a work-around. Even tried Dremelling the indent with a grindy-wheel, but that went nowhere fast. I have a 3″ angle-plate, and found a couple of nuts and bolts that would hold it down in the t-slots, but no way to hold the piece to the angle-plate. Guess what I have in my tool-chest? Yeah, hose-clamps (or jubilee-clips as we call them here).
I’ll give that a whirl tomorrow. Cheers mate. 😀
