Why they never equipped with a regulator.
After me and Pablo putting a few tins of pellets through these rifles I’ve somewhat come to the conclusion that they don’t need one. The PoI doesn’t change worth a damn, from anywhere from 3000psi to 1600psi, and the FPS is pretty stable for a good 40-odd shots.
I suppose if you’re a professional target-shooter it’d be nice, but for offing wildlife why bother?

So you spent god knows how much on tools and equipment to make a regulator.. before you’d even shot a tin of pellets through the gun?

Today I’ve had a lot of fun making a breech-block. I’ll have fun making lots of other bits too, and I’ll be learning how to make using the machines easier. At some point after that I’ll get onto the regulator (walk before run, eh?). 😉
