Made a rack to hold my Condor
Howdy air heads ! Since I like to stay busy making things and the wife was in her usual bitchin’ mood I went to the garage and made a gun rack to hold Raquel. Raquel never bitches at me and she loves her new perch. Made it out of stuff in the garage….3/4″ plywood 52″ x 18″, three perches are made from 2×4’s, the back is 2×4 braced and the hangers at rated 50# each! So she not falling down. Stained it Pecan, one step application.

Almighty condor there are many out there but none like my sweet Raquel. Please watch over me as I slip off dreaming of dime sized groups at 35 yards….. 😀

I really like the way the grain looks. A bit of good luck that was. It would be hard to happen accross another that looked as good.
Think I’ll have to make one for my guns.

M8 good to know its in a safe place, where i guess she will be well looked aftered. Dont make the misses angry or she might grab the beauty and kick you out of bed! (hey i noticed the colour match’s the bed post nicely, nice 1.
Why Hell she’s right above the bed, of course ! Isn’t that the place for this gun or am I thinking out of line ? 😀

That is nice looking, really shows off what a nice piece of art the rifle is, and pellet tray looks like a nice touch. Quick question though where do you hang it in the house?

I just noticed this, but as I look at it up on the wall there the grain in that wood makes it look like the gun is flying along and breaking the sound barrier. Looks psych…
