Project "PAZUR"

Hi everybody!
I decided to create my own Talon. I translated word “talon” to ukrainian language and called my project PAZUR – it’s the same as ‘talon’.

First I made a drawing in AutoCAD:

Then I begin to build it in metall:

Outer diameter of aluminium tube is 30 mm. Diameter of barrel 8.6 mm, cal – .22 (5.5 mm). The barrel was taken from spring rifle MENDOZA.
Valve is made by PrOsT technology (once I told on this forum about his valves). Volume of tank is 50 cc, additional big paintball tank is absent – i still don’t buy it.

As You can see the hammer and breach are in stainless tube. And breech consist of two parts and spring. Inner part holds the pressure and stay still when hammer hits the outer part. The outer part transfer hit from hammer to valve. Its weight only 23 gramms 🙂 The spring pressing outer part of breech to valve – so we do not have “jumps” of speed.

I already shoot some pellets form my Pazur – from 170 bar to 100 I have 9 shoots with middle energy in 50 Joules (55 in max). As a trigger I used a screwdriver LOL 🙂
