i have read in a few places that women are better shots than men if they practice as much. my wife shots a lot with me to she can out shot my brother but not me so i am safe. she accually says she likes to shot open sight because she think scopes are to easy. when i first meet her she would not touch a gun but now she claimed my bsa hornet and ruger 9 mm. so now i have to buy more guns. perfect!!!! 😆
If she’s like my last GF, she’s probably “WTF? This is easy and boring, what are you doing spending so much time messing around with this when we could be painting the walls?”

you guys with shooting wives are lucky. mind doesn’t even want to be in the same room/area that I am shooting in. Guns of any kind make her very nervous. (need to thank her ex husband for that………with a good old fashioned ass woopin. She told me he once pointed a shotgun at her and threatened to use it if she didn’t “obey”.) I understand that having an effect on her but dangit that was 14 yrs ago. I still try to encourage her to try one of the airguns whenever I get a chance but no luck yet.
Just like my wife. She basically owns my 10/22 now. Theres not a Starling in the area that survives this woman.

Funny, my girl is a great shot as well, takes out paint balls at over 60 ft every time, but she’s the least bit interested in this stuff. In fact, she thinks I’m obsessed beyond repair at this point.
