As another poster said, Joe has ’em (that’s where I bought mine):

Tim at Mac1 sells a similar but more compact unit. He drills and taps the vent valve block for the gauge and uses a smaller gauge. They are expensive since the bottle connector alone is over $75.

However, my fill rig came with a quite long heavy hose. A ‘whip’ indeed should the free end ever break free, IMO a serious hazard. You also have a ‘how to fill the tank’ issue you may not realize. My local shop doesn’t use ‘firehouse fittings’, they can only fill SCUBA Din 200 and 300 as well a paintball tanks using QD nipples. Initially I’d give them the fill rig and a male/male QD fitting. One time the male/male gizzie stayed at the shop…..

So I pulled and scrapped the long HP hose and put a male QD on the adapter. I then added a short (six inch) hose with two female QDs that I use to fill the various guns. When I get the tank filled, I keep this hose….less to get left behind.

look on Yellow Classifieds for Joe Bracatto (sp?) he often has good deals on those tanks and can set you up with all necessary fill hardware too.
