I spoke with the seller, it is set up to run 3200 psi. he said very little use. would accept a buy it now offer of 1100. protecair sells this one for 1595.

bidding might result in a steal of a buy on this one. Info I have read is that it can be “adjusted” to pump 3500psi very easily.
