Don,

Per our visits on the landline, I have two bushing to send you for you to put the Labyrinth Seal design into them in place of the one O-ring groove and its O-ring.

Then I hope you will keep one of these for yourself and send the other back to me. Try this style of seal in one of your valve assemblies dude and let me know what you think. I really think its a much better seal design for this valve and how we use it…

All the brass you see on the stem as its worked back and forth in the bushing is a bad thing and I sure hate to see that on the stem when you pull a valve down to clean and lube… Its the begining of the end in my mind everytime I have seen this LOL…

I will call you either later tonight or maybe tomorrow if I run out of time today LOL… Time has gotten to be one thing I have a hard time with allowing it to slip away…

absolutely stock valve, to my knowledge, this is the first time it has been taken apart. several of the guys making custom ones put the ports at an angle rearward though.

bikn, how about a pic of your valve stem for comparisosn maybe af changed something none of us have noticed.

Not to derail or anything but do the ports on the side of the stem seem like a poor design? It must be easier to make them that way.

Thanks Don,

It is going into Quick Reference section 😀

don’t know what you had in mind but had one apart so here you go:
