Q:

How many of you have a stock hammer like this

When you first got your gun, was your hammer a delrin one like this? It seems most of them are metal? I wanted to weigh this hammer when changing barrels but I forgot. It seems really light. To light.

I also have an old hammer like the one pictured. Yeah, the hammer feels light as hell.

Currently, stock hammers are 45 grams, according to Tony. Condors have an addl weight, I’m told by Air Force.

New hammers are $12 from AF and they’re very much improved.

YN, do you or anyone know if this delrin hammer weighs less than the stock metal one?

OK, guess that was a dumb question, guess I should have asked how much more the metal one weighs lol 😳

that is the Third one of those I have seen so far. common denominator has been older Talon/ss where the tank valve does not have the brass insert and the tophat has a knurled edge instead of smooth.

Yep, my Talon tank does not have the brass insert, and the top hat is indeed knurled.

That is an old one.

Call AF and have them send you a new one with guides.

Mine is metal with delrin guides.

That does seem odd… I’d think it’d be much too light in a Condor.
