Velocity vs Accuracy…
So I just slapped the 24″ .25 barrel in, and did some target shooting. I also took the chrony out for the first time since getting the .25 set up. PW on 4, Condor tank. Was shooting in the 970’s, 31gr, 2500 psi, grouping well. Since I’m thinking my delrin hammer is on the light side, I cranked the PW up to 10, doing a 1014 fps, for 70+ fpe, then I kept getting errors. Incredible power, (for me anyways) but my groups opened up to much for my tastes, PW back down on 4, and groups went back to normal.
Is there a velocity, generally speaking, where this pellets perform the best in these guns?

That’s really good Photo, hopefully I’ll do groups like you did at 45 yrds, won’t know till I go to the rifle range. Here’s a 5 shot group I did the other day at 30 yrds, although not at your speeds. Wasn’t using crony here but was probably mid/high 9’s. (.25) Most groups at this distance I can cover with a dime or nickle. Like I said before, if I can keep inside a quarter @ 50 I’ll be happy, gotta get to the range to find out. Looks like Tony’s work really paid off for you to be so accurate at those speeds.
