chrono advise please
I am looking for a chrono and need some advise on which one is suited for me. I will be shooting indoors mostly. Thanks

Combro mk4 has ajustable mount so it fits any size shroud. Calibre up to .25, maybe a bit bigger but it would be tight. Very easy to use, and so small you find yourself always leaving the mount on the shroud, so u can easily pop the chrono on when u need it.

I’ve had a Prochrono digital for about 2 ywars now and love it. They make a lighting kit for $36.

That can attach to the outside of a Tony shroud? It looks so little. If it does, I might have to get me one….
Yup, me and Lang got one too. Mounts to the barrel/shroud and reads up to 2000fps. Instant fpe readout too. Seems to work under most light conditions,dim or bright.
Take a look at one of these: http://www.chronoscopes.com/. Infra red so they need no outside light source. Small and as accurate as we need. Made with air guns in mind. Gives averages in feet/sec and ft lbs. I have one and a Shooting Chrony. Never more than 1-2 fps difference between them with half a dozen widely different rifles up to and including a Tony tuned Condor.

I have the Shooting Chrony. I like it, but you do need good light source and its a pain to get an Error every now and then when you miss one of the sensors – that’s just because I hold it in the air rather using shoot of a bench when using it.
I also use it for chronying arrows, otherwise I would have bought the combro unit that lang and Pablo use. Its nice how they sell spares cheap and have no problem with people working on the thing themselves.
