Newbie: Filling Talon tank from a 4350psi Luxfer DIN tank?
Hi All – this is my first post – I am anxiously awaiting my new Talon SS to be delivered next week. I am new to he world of PCP, but not to airgunning. I’ve got a regular 80 cu ft SCUBA tank and just purchased a Luxfer 106 cu ft. 4350psi tank with a DIN connection. I am one of those lucky guys that have a local SCUBA shop that can will it to capacity. But onto my dilemma
I’ve looked through the forums and seen pictures on various posts for the setup needed to fill the Talon Tank from one of these beasts, but, haven’t been able to pin down the exact parts. I am no engineer, and while I have looked at Woks primer, and done two hours of searching on the web, I can’t find exactly what I need… actually I DID find exaclty what I needed, but it was $150.
I imagine there are better (cheaper) alternatives to hooking a Talon tank to and HPA DIN tank, but would love any pointer anyone could provide.
Giddy like a kid at Christmas,
James

That makes sense 🙂 I used to work at a scuba shop and those tanks would get warm if we went too fast… we always filled them standing the tank in water.
So I really just need to find a din to k adapter. That makes my life easier! I love this board!
