Airforce working on a regulator
Looks like Airforce might have a regulator in the near future. This is a response that I got back from Joe Korick when I asked him about a regulator for Airforce rifles.

I am currently working on a project with Air Force Co. to develope regulators for their line of guns.
I have delivered the first prototypes and am into the next phase of the project.
There will be oportunities for regulators probably in the next year or so Either through me or Air Force.

I saw in a UK forum, a while back about this and the problem apparently is Airforce that are delaying the regulator as it doesn’t meet their specs or something/
I hope i will be alive when they actually make it. 😆
That would be cool if they had the grip so that you could insert a magazine. How much different of a layout would you need for that?
I have a AA410 Multishot and it is great but I never feel at a disadvantage when using my Talon in the field. It is so easy and quick to load it really is not an issue.
If you miss a squirrel or a ground hog with a single shot airgun, it’s not like missing an elephant or a rhino where you might get charged. I like the multi-shot feature of the cyclone, but it’s not that big of a deal.
Joe is well know in the airgun hobby world with his custom parts and especially his regulators.
If AF has recruited him to make a reg then we are all very lucky 😆

Gee, it took the AF how many years to fix Condors? Now they talk about regulators? That’s another 10 years to wait? I’ll pass.
That’s the benefit of a .25 condor. 🙂 Hit it in a good spot with a 32g slug at 1000fps, and you don’t need more than one shot. 😀
Funny thing about multishot airgun is there is then always somebody who wants a custom shot tray for single shots.

I dont see us ever getting a multi shot. The way the gun is laid out it would just be silly to do IMO. I was finally glad to see that they were considering taking less material out from under the scope rail. That right there would be a huge improvement. They “fixed” the valves (but nothing was wrong with them) and added Co2 to the lineup. They are all set for the next 10 years or so. You just cant rush things like this.

Thats some sweet news. Next year or so? I guess thats fast for Airforce. They still havent released their new pink gun yet either? Well, at least there is something to look forward to. They just better hope that someone doesnt start making them aftermarket before they do.

A company that could not sort out a knockopen valve will certainly struggle to bring a regulator to the public.
I sure hope they are not ‘stealing’ McMike’s design and passing it off to Joe Korick.
As far as I am concerned that reg Mike built was ingenious, pure genius!
