Try their website http://www.bushnell.com/general/riflescopes.cfm?section=Hunting Rainguard and glow in the dark reticule Are some differences.
I had an elite, not that model though. The glass was a little clearer than the Legend but probably not enough to make a difference. The Legends glass is really all I would ever need.

Well, thanks, but I have two Legends, yes, great scopes. It just the 3200 model has the same mag. and reticule. I wonder, besides that, what else is different. I know 3200 is tougher, but…anyone has both? I guess I’ll have to buy one and see for myself. Thanks.
No doubt about it.. Go with the legend 5x15x40 all the way. It is a very well proven scope and it really can take a beating and besides that the optics are great, nice, bright and clear..
I would go with the legend, and use the extra $200 to buy something else. I have a legend on my 24″ SS, and one on the way for my Whisper.

I have both and the 3200 is MUCH nicer IMO.
It is brighter and clearer. Well worth the extra $$$ if you can afford it.
