Q:

low pressure condor

i was shooting the other day and was lazy and did not fill my gun back up around 2000 psi back to 2650 and shoot it to 1500, i noticed the power was a little lower but it seemed to be more consisant. my question is do any of you run your gun at lower pressure and what range. and what benifits do you get other than easier pumping and more scuba fills (i have both but use the pump most), because i may try something new. i did notice that it seemed like more volume of air was coming out of the gun maybe the effiancy is lower but i can adjust things to fix that.

I have mine set to run from 1800 psi down to 1000 psi. Works really well. I’ve been doing that since I got my Condor. I pretty much exclusively shoot .22 Kodiaks at 980fps with that setup. Once in a while I throw a predator in for some gory shots…

man that guy took a lot of time to do that, now that i look at the numbers i am going to stick with 2650psi but thank you and i add that forum to my bookmarks had no idea about that site.

Here is a link to some info on what one of the members on the GTA forum is doing with low pressure fills.
