You mean the adapters? Or the mount that came with the laser?
The adapters work fine, but the adapters’ height coupled with the height of the mount made the laser sit way too high above the frame. Also, the mount looked like overkill…a little too big and clunky for my tastes.
So I bought a set of low 1″ scope rings w/dovetail mounts from Wallyworld and used only one of them to mount the laser. The laser has a 1″ tube so it fits perfectly in the ring. Works great and provides a cleaner look as well, IMO.

I’m still looking for a green laser and mount, along with a TalonSS.

Is that about as low profile as they get or is there something better?

➡ On closer inspection: the pic shown soesn’t use dials; Those are caps. So, maybe I didn’t do to bad…… 🙂
➡ SHIT you guys! My woman just put $70 to my VISA for a green laser. Iwish back ta shit that I’da saw that one! The one I got is only about $15 less, but for that much if I’da known I would have bought that one! It has knobs to adjust it; Mine doesn’t!
Thats some cool sh__ on the beam expander watched all of the clips really interesting, makes me want one of them hulk jobs for burning stuff.
Just bought one, looks like the exact same, albeit for more money and from a different dealer…. maybe it costed more because the dealer’s based in Cali instead of HK.

Bought it on Sunday night, and if it wasn’t Christmas, it’d be here on Thursday, based on tracking info. Cus Service is 100% so far.
Only thing I’m concerned about is that I might need to find a dovetail-to-weaver mount to make it fit.
Yeah, he paid something like $55 or $59 total to get it here and yeah, they are all from Hong Kong, but when he had the first one flame out, they gave him a shipping address to send it back to CA and then the return replacement also came from the same address in CA. Must be a middle man doing the deals for them.
Just going off memory, I was thinking the beam on a wall at 15-20 yds would have been like an 1/4 of a inch or so, really small and bright, just got big when it got way out there.
Beam Diameter : 1.2mm = 16th of an inch but it don’t say at what distance

Sure can. He is out of town for the holidays, but I have messed with it and feel safe to say it is less than 1/2″ at that distance. We were shining it one night and could see it hit objects about 300 yds and further away but it was quite a large dot by that point, but very bright still.
Triggerman, Can you ask your brother how big the dot is at 10 meters?
1/2 in or less would be REALLY nice.
My brother bought the exact one off ebay for his SS. The first one played out after about a week but they took it back and shipped him another one. Works great and has a super bright green beam that can be seen in the daylight even.

Update: The Sightmark laser arrived DOA. I shipped it back and ordered the Beamshot GreenBeam 1000.
