How old is the old Condor
I got my condor in Jan 2007 would this be an old Condor? What problems were there and could mine have them? I know the vavles in my tanks were wrong and I just sent them in to get fixed. I never had any luck with this gun at all. I hope it was just the tanks and not anything else.

Where are you located? Maybe somebody near you has a chrony.
It’s a 24 inch barrel 22cal condor with leapers 4X15-50mil scope. My tanks would start to work around 1800psi to about 1000psi. I dont think I was getting full power. Even if I filled the tank to 2400psi it would spit pellets out like a spit ball (very slow) . I guess the vavle was locking up? No chrony yet but soon. When I would shoot I would rest on a towel on a table.
That’s absolutely doable. If fact you should be able to do that easily at 100 yards. Is your gun scoped or open sights? To the fill pressure issue, your gun may not like a 3K fill, but should at least work great from 2500 on down. Mine doesn’t work well at 3K either, but works from 2500 to 1800 strong. Are you shooting your gun rested on bags on the forearm grip? Don’t hold it tight to your shoulder, you can cause the frame to flex just enough to affect your point of impact. Do you have a chrony? Give us the details of your gun, Cal.? Barrel length? etc.
The gun never shot right. I would fill the tank to around 2600 psi and get slow shots untill I got to around 1800 psi. I don’t know if the hammer has changed and has more weight or it was just the vavle on the tank. Shots would be all over the place at 30 yards. If I would fill the tank to just 1800psi i would get a couple good shots but thats it. I also think at 1800psi i’m not getting the most out of the gun. I sent the tanks back to Airforce this week and they told me that they will replace the vavle. I hope that this will fix all the problems I was having. When I first saw this gun I thought it was to good to be true. I then read somethings about it and thought I will get one and try it out. Once I got the gun my fear came true when I started having these problems. I got fusterated and put the gun down for like a year. I just picked it up again to get all the problems fixed. I see here on this site that a lot of people love their Condor and have no problems. I want to love my Condor also. I think this would be the coolest gun ever if i got it to work like so many others on here. Can I expect when my tanks come back from Airforce with the correct vavle to shoot a stock Condor out of the box and hit a pellet tin at 60 to 70 yards????
What is the “problem”?
I’m still learning all the parts like top hat, hammer,spring……ect. I didn’t know if any of the gun parts going into 2008 Condors were different than a October 2006 Condors. I got the condor in March 07 but it was made in 06. Again I hope it was my tanks and not other parts in the gun. For example the hammer might be the problem? I don’t know?

What abut the gun it’s self? Was there any problems?
That was one of the original problems, the valve and valve stem.
