Those are the remains of what used to be a ladybug larvae.
They are not very big…
It was hit at 20 yards while zeroing my new 97LK .20 and Airmax 4-12 combo on that there USPS box.

Noise level is about like shutting a car door, not slamming. It’s not real loud. Only slightly louder than my shrouded 2250 at 13 FPE.
That is a sweet lookin rifle M8.
How is “She” as far as noise level?
