co2 in original tank
Can anyone tell me,Is it possible to use co2 in the original air tank?
any info would be good

You don’t need a regulator for filling th etank with liquid.
You could hook up that pub-suds tank to your airforce adapter and flip the CO2 tank upside down to push liquid in.
Due to the pressure drop across the valve it will be near impossible to overfill.
Best of course is to weigh the tank before you fill it and then after it should weigh no more than say 16oz more.

Should work. The issue CO2 adaptor has what looks like an old style Condor valve on it. A standard Talon valve would probably not squirt out quite as much co2, but if you increased the hammer tension, would work out pretty close.
Would have to work out your own fill adaptor. Evne though a lot of co2 users believe in a bit of lube. I’d make dead sure no lube found it’s way into that air bottle when using co2.
I am thinking pub gas bottle with regulator onto adaptor and fill to desired level???
The tank would handle the pressure but I really don’t think the valve would work. You’d probably be spraying liquid Co2 all over over the place.. that is, if you could even begin to figure out how to fill it.
But then again… I’m no expert.

Am thinking:
1. He already has a talon (or Condor) with an air tank. NOT buying the adpator saves $50 – $95.
2. Not needing to buy a new butt plate and tank cover…call that another $20-$80 savings (depending on the butt plate).
3. IT’s LIGHTER and better balanced..that large, thick, steel adaptor is heavy.
4. It looks better (the lines are cleaner without that large space between tank and adaptor…the tank snuggles up to the frame cuts and looks better).

\Of course there is always a down side.
1. it’s not as easy to fill as a paintball bottle.
2. More wear to your valve.
3. When you want to shoot air, the bottle is full of co2…when you want to shoot co2, it’s full of air.
4. It’s not recommended by the maker.
