Pressure testing of homebuilt airgun reservoirs?

How safe is this setup?

What saftey precautions should one take with regards to the above during the testing period.

According to the DOT the proper way to test the reservoir is to take it and have it hydro tested.
Quackenbush is doing the test on his tanks is wrong there is no way to measure the metal expansion.
talk to your local dive shop and ask them where they have there tanks done better to be safe then dead that is a lot of pressure and the last thing you want is a pipe bomb!
Just a little friendly information I am currently having to re designing my gun so it will meet DOT guidelines or my insurance company wont give me the liability insurance. I would of already released the gun by now but the insurance company stated to me if it doesn’t meet DOT regulations they wont cover me. 🙁
