Alu baffle stuck in SS

hey folks

i think this is actually the first time i post on this forum ….anyhow first all thanks for all the excellent in put and recommendations- i have enjoyed it for a couple of years , thanks again !!!.

Here is my acute problem :

i have for several years been using this set of alu baffles which i bought from a guy on the yellow forum . they are not really that effective but that s another story. i have had them in and out many times when changing barrel but now it is stuck ..! first baffle tube and first washer is out but another section and another washer remain . Would it be ok to somehow press it out from the breech end ?

appreciate the info. Nothing came out after several shots on empty, then i tried shooting with pellets – obviously with back stop etc and the baffles finally came out after several shots . thanks again .
Now i need to clean the internal, degrease etc , plan on using rubbing alcohol as degreaser , should be OK right ?

You can also try this:

making sure the gun is unloaded, and with the endcap removed, cock and dryfire it a couple times with the end of the frame pointed into a pillow or blanket; should pop that extra baffle right out.

You can take the whole gun apart from either end. It’s a lot easier to take apart the muzzle if you’re only changing baffles, barrel, spring or hammer.

But you can take apart the whole back end (you will have to remove the grip to access the screw holding the threaded bottle collar) and disassemble it all from that end. You will need to work the trigger a bit to get all the pieces past it. That would expose whatever you have stuck in there.

All I can say is be careful you don’t end up with a bigger problem. If it isn’t stuck too bad, you should be able to tap it out gently. If you stick it harder, you will regret it for sure. Be careful…

You might try gentle heating to expand the aluminum housing/tube slightly for a little relief.
