After all this shooting and pumping I’m tired and I’m now wishing I had shot through with the powerwheel on 2 and a half, I’ll try that and then I’ll try a 3 shot at pw6, and 3 at pw5, 3 at pw4, and 3 at pw3, and see how that looks, and something about this gun it shoots faster on 6 then 8.5, me not know why maybe the spacers or extra pellet lube, I think it is the spring.

Nice string maw! You are getting a solid 21 ft. lbs.. I wish I had a little more room at home to shoot. I would like to see a BC for this pellet. I bet you could get a pretty flat trajectory with good retained energy with these. Does anyone know if distance makes a difference when calculating BC? For example, if I set up my chrony at muzzle then at 15yds, would the BC be as accurate as if I would have placed it at 50 yds for the second reading? Might be a stupid question, but my knowledge is minimal in this area.

Good to hear crony on them…I have a few tins and my gun loves them for that ultra smack down. I was expecting a little more speed, but at 20 fpe they pump up the down line power. It would be interesting to know down range fpe on them against the kodiacs which in .177 are the next step down in weight. My TSS loves both.

maw, I shot a 10 shot string today through the chrony. This is what I got with the 16 gr. eun jins with 2700 psi fresh charge (1 shot to settle the valve) PW 8, TH .080 with 12″ .177 barrel.

Talon4me, I was shooting at pw 10, tank around 27- 2800psi. got 766fps for three shots is it faster then stock, I’m trying to beef up my gun and I really need something to go by.
I tested my set up today to set my top hat, I got a average, of a down hill ride,from 2600lb to 2100lb, of 734fps. 16.1 gr. EJ’s, 19 something energy, not bad for an SS, I had 22 shots, pw was here and there so the average maybe slightly higher if I left it full blast, but then again maybe not, th at.070, the top hat was moved around quite abit also, I may have to change it again if it does not check out as high next time.

O.K. guys I found the sweet spot on my gun, right at the end of the barrel there’s a hole HAAA! No really I have my pw set at 0-12, look at these numbers at 3000 to 2860ish:

Then I pumped up to 2900 and shot two shots 755.2 and765.6 I don,t know how close these tank pressures are cause the pump is out now to recheck anyway,I’ll be using my other pump to see for sure how much per shot I,m using.
