EMERGENCY! please help
hi can anyone help me.
i was just fireing my storm and all was well and all of a sudden i pulled the trigger an psssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
air was flying out of my bottle so like normal i opend the breach
and it was a pelet jamed between the barrel and the top-hat
but everytime after that same thing minus the pelet and even when the rifle is unloaded the presure of the spring is still letting out gas quietly.
oviously its a problem with the bottle but i dont know what? any help would be apreciated asap

HAHA. For some reason I read that like, you shot and it dumped the tank and then filled it, then it would still let out too much air.
If you didn’t fill it up after, then yeah, that’s your problem.
Now go buy a pump. 🙂
Duh, that’s so obvious I could slap myself. If the bottle dumped most of it’s air it’s a peice of piss to be able to push the stem in with your fingers and hear a hiss. 😳
Get it pumped back up, I bet it’ll be fine.

of course, not enough pressure to push the pellet, and not enough to keep the valve shut tightly, its becoming more and more simpler this gun mind, but that makes perfect sense. good luck mate

im not gunna do that strait away as iv just been informed the leeking mayby a result of low presure in the bottle so im goin to have the tank presure tested and and filled an hopes be sorted if it is more serious il msg ya an hopes you can guide me through it then.

Joey’ make sure you empty the bottle first. Put a 2 pence piece in your fill adaptor, screw the bottle in SLOWLY until you hear a GENTLE hiss of air. Then just leave it to empty nice and slow.
As Lang says, put the bottle in sa vice and remember to wrap the bottle in an old sweatshirt or summit, and a good set of long handled grips should do it ( also remember to put summit round the valve before you grip it to stop it getting matked) It all sounds daunting I know, but its easy really. Just follow the steps and it’ll all be good 8)

Depends on your problem. If it is something that has just been knocked out of place, putting it back should fix it. If something is bent or damaged, it’s probably a write off and needs to be replaced.
Have fun with getting the bottle off. Not an easy task.
thanks so much for the imput but iv never even contenplated takin the valve apart letalone knowing how to fix. do you know wer i mite find diagrams? is it fixable with out cost?

It sounds like the delrin seat/seal has been put out of alignment or possibly damaged. You need to empty the bottle and remove the valve-assembly so you can get to it. Your case may vary, but I put my bottle firmly in a soft-jawed vice and use a pair of long-handled grips to undo the valve. I do it back up the same way.
the barrels were it shold be so im thinking the later such as top hat, but i just bin lookin at the bottle and i can put mild presure on the tophat an realease air with my fingers surely thats not normal? iv never done that befor now so i wouldent know? but what scares me is how much its gunna cost to fix?
for a pellet to be stuck between the barrel and the top hat, i’m sure the barrel is loose and moved back, or something similiar, when fired, the quiet sound you hear now maybe a bent or otherwise damaged top hat as a result, i’m no expert on this gun, but someone’ll be along soon to help, sorry to hear that dude

im prayin its that simple so il find out tomoz, i never got a pump coz never had a sper £130+ for a pump or tank, jus cant justify it. dont realy have anywer to shoot outher than the garden and no one i know shoots, so i never shoot for lengthy periods, unfortunetly.
