preliminary crony talon .25
Well I just installed the .25 cal 24″ barrel from Leemak today, by the way thanx Leemak for the excellent service and quick ship.
Man those .25 are pretty jumbo
Standard talon and tank:

got some kodiaks on the way and will post full shot strings

Just noticed your post on how long and quiet your .25 barrel is. I guess you got a shroud with it. What type, and from whom?

Hey sawtime, I’m in Yorba Linda. I could be over in about 40 minutes and pick the rascal up, take it home, chrony the Kodiaks and return all sometime next year.

I have put some crow mags to work on the crows though.

It is my undestanding that if you have a standar (talon) tank, no. You dont have to change it. Only if you have a hiflo tank.
NE way, my talon tank works perfectly even when filled to 3000psi. and i only have the standard hammer (no condor hammer weight), so i dont see why i should add a heavier hammer.
And if for some reason, i need more weight on the hammer, i guess i can allways put the condor hammer weight back in.

Im thinking about a 24″ .25 barrel for my gun, but i dont want to drop more money on hammers and mods (other that the barrel of course) so im looking forward to seeing what kind of strings you get with your stock gun and the .25 barrel using kodiaks.
You have to change the hammer also to go to a .25 barrel? I thought it was “drop in” ???
