soft bag for condor , any suggestions ?
i have a 24 inch SS with high mount and 6-24 x 40 scope . Looking for a solid soft case that will hold complete (stock) gun with tank and scope on in a safe and fairly tight way , dont want it sliding around in any direction.
Would be nice with a couple of side pockets. I often see bags often way to long in order to fit the scope part in. Thanks for any recommendations.

For what it’s worth, my brother got a used bow-case from a small sporting goods place- 20 bucks, foam lined, and it fits his condor perfectly- long shroud and wokbutt and all- call it 50″ internal.
I don’t understand.. why are you cutting the foam in the middle? You can’t close or lock the case with your gun in it? The foam is flexible and should contour to your gun’s shape. If you cut part of the foam out, aren’t you taking away the protection the case offers? I ‘m not sure I understand..
$160 is a LOT.. Out of my price leauge. I think there are some very good $75-100 cases out there. Not sure why this is twice as much.

I have that for my blaser. You can cut the foam in the middle, it has the eggcrate stuff on both sides, and fit it to your gun of choice. Doesn’t get much more solid than that. Plus it looks cool. 😀 It also has a pretty cool feature they call dri-loc or something like that. Basically it’s a big o-ring around the outside edge of the case that makes it supposedly waterproof. Granted I’ve never dipped mine in water to test that, but I can say it’s been in the rain and the inside never got wet.
And the wheels are an nice plus.

I have the same condor setup. I just picked Uncle Mikes tactical case from Kittery trading post in Maine for $29 and I could’nt be happier with it. It fits perfectly without takedown, I would higly reccomend it.
I have a condor tactical molle case has removable pouches, and good padding. Fits most of my rifles with high 50mm scopes. I also have a Uncle mikes tactical bag, with fixed pouches that fits my condor with scope snug. both are setup for AR-15, and other assault & tactical rifles. Both were reasonably priced. the condor molle bag is on e-bay or at cheaperthandirt.com The uncle mikes is also an both, but is also available at most sports & shooting stores.
I have one of the cases in the link above. I’m not a fan. It’s too small and too narrow for my 12″SS. Even broken down with the components straped inside it’s not a good fit.
But thanks – you just reminded me of one more thing I can get off my shelf and try to sell 🙂
isnt this mainly for take down storage ? . The long full size shown is only 38 inch which is one inch short. I really wanted something compact for the whole gun to fit into and generally it is the height and to some extend the lenght that is a problem with those very high mounts . thks anyway / eric

While I’ve been waiting to get my logun s16 back from pyramidair, i find that my condor fits well in it’s bag.
