Gamo .22cal 22gr pellet
Anybody try these out yet?

From the pics they look like a Kodiak just a tad heavier.

I was curious because sometimes a design change makes a huge difference.
JSB 15.8gr shoot very well in every gun I have.
JSB 18.1gr look almost identical, but shoot even better than the 15.8s.
Price wouldnt matter much to me if they shot well, just fishing for other results before I spent the cash.
A long time ago, i tried gamo TS18 (TS22 is replacing those), with another condor i had, and they did ok. But JUST ok, kodiaks were better.
And this new ones do seem a bit overpriced. like 07condor22 said, kodiaks are actually cheaper, and i doubt this ts22 will be better.
Seem over priced for me…………? I can buy Kodiaks .22 @ Mac1 for $5.95

You know, i kinda like gamo pellets, they are by no means the best out there, but we have tried them and used them for YEARS, in several springers, and they give good results with them. In fact, the gamo ProHunter and Pro Match pellets are my CFX´s favorite, giving me one holers at 20 meters.
However, im my experience, even tho Gamo pellets work good on springers, for some reason they don “get along” with PCP guns. We tried ProHunters, Hunters, ProMatch, TS-18, Tomahawks, Rockets, and ProMagnums on several PCPs, discovery, sumatra, and condor(x3). And NONE of those rifles seemed to like them. The only exception was the TS-18, wich like i said before, works OK in condors.
Why do they perform good on springers but not on PCPs? dunno! my guess would be that the design of these pellets is not suitable to withstand the extremely high preasure shock they receive on the skirt when fired from a PCP.
