The AWT I have was made for the Rapid 7 with 15.5″ barrel and 400cc bottle.It has a cutout on the underside to give access to the bottle.
It’s certainly very quiet and I paid only £55 posted.The guy to speak to is REEVES on the Rapid7ownersclub site,he can give you an idea of what you will need for your rifle.The longer AWTs are for FAC power rifles,for various tecnical reasons.HTH 🙂

Are the AWT’s any good? I’ve heard alot about them, rave reviews usually. At nearly 70 quid I should think so too!!! Just looked on there site now and I see there’s a 6″ and an 8″. I’m guessing the 8″ would be quieter than the 6″? I’ve got an adaptor on my stealth to take a 1/2″ unf thread so will keep a look out for one S/H If there any good.

When the 18″ barrel arrives I am assured it will make the original look like a scatter gun!The guy takes selected BSA barrels and profiles and polishes them, target crown at the choked end,supplies a better hammer,alloy sleeves etc.

I did not think you could improve on the HW,but I got another in a deal that had been modified by UK Neil.Tried it on a Rapid,sounded like I had run out of air!So that one is going on my Leupied Stealth.
Yes,you could ask him to upgrade another type of moderator.Contact him on Airgun BBS or Rapid7ownersclub sites.He would probably do a Stealth really well,they are only alloy cans after all.
I’ve recently got an AWT silencer,wow!All carbon fibre and delrin,got it to fit a Rapid. 🙂

Do the UKNeil internals make much of a difference ACF? I’ve got the plain weirach silencer and allways looking for ways to quieten down my stealth. Does seem strange though putting better internals In an allready great silencer. Why not get a cheapo silencer can and then get Niel to re-work the internals? Not a dig at you, Just thinking out loud for my own situation.

Anyway,standard British market Stealth,second hand,it was pretty rough when it arrived so I took some advice from this site.
.22 x 12″ barrel with basic Stealth silencer,which screws to front baffle and is no more than an aluminium can.I got some decent breech seals from the USA and I adjusted the top hat,which was loose and moving with each shot .I stripped the barrel and hammer assembly out,added some weight to to the hammer with washers and lubed the assembly.
The rifle now shoots a lot sweeter with a faster “lock” time.
Stripped out the safety which kept jamming,lightly polished the sear and Gunslicked the trigger assembly.
Fitted Steve Corcoran grips,he had a pair ready to go and posted them so I got them quickly.
The scope is a 7.5 x Falcon Menace on a Sportsmatch one piece 30mm mount.
Bipod is a Logun tilt type and is attached by a swivel stud screwed to forend.
The rifle now feels and shoots like a professional piece of kit,I’m getting 1″ groups at 30 yds with Crosman Premiers at around 11.8 fpe.I think I can improve on the group size with different ammo.

18″ x .22 BSA barrel plus custom hammer and spring from Leupy plus valve seal mod.
HW silencer with UKNeil internals already have,will be screwed to 18″ barrel.
It’s been great fun modifying this rifle and I will be out after rabbits soon as the weather improves! 😆
