airforce fuc*ed me
i needed an adapter to screw on my fill adapter for the hill pump 1/4-1/8 bspp so i ordered it from air force 7 bucks not bad another 3.75 for the oring seal i wanted it overnighted i checked and between ups, usps and fedex the most i found was going to be 21 bucks for it they charged me 31 ok i can deal with that i want hpa now lol
i get the part today it has gouges on it from pliars the threads are all marred and messed up and the seal was squished and ripped and the threads also had teflon tape residue…… wtf i ran a thread chaser on the threads and took a seal from A/C kit and used that after spend the extra for over night i would have at least wanted a new part… i am waiting for my email i sent them to be replied to 👿
there i just needed to vent

possible a used one put back on the shelf. i would be pissed !!!!!!!!!
i just called and they said there is no way it can be a used part they pulled it from their shelf but if i take a few pics they will send me a new one at no charge prolly cause i told em i am not doing anymore business with them i told her the part is ok now that i cleaned the threads up and put a new seal on it but i said if it does go bad i expect a replacement at no charge
The 2 -3 times I have called I get the secertery, I ask a question and she then tries to find someone who knows and ask them, they then holler back at her the answer to a question I havent asked 👿 finally I ask to speak to the man himself and I cant.. I have to go through her.. 👿 finally I just hang up..

In the past, AF’s customer service was less than ideal, but in my opinion… the recent customer support has been very good from them.
they said to take a pic for them and then they would review and send me a new part if it was indeed used.
what did the tell you when you called and told them you received not only a used part but a used and abused one?

The screwed me too. I ordered a valve from them cause the first one was iffy and they sent it to the billing address, which happens to be my wifes old work address in NY. I live in CA so that didnt work. Now Ive gotta depend on one of my wifes ex-coworkers, who did even like her very much, go take the time and mail it to me.
Funny thing is, I ordered the parts over the phone, and although I do remember giving them my home address, I dont even remember being asked for a billing address.
