Field Target Sight In and Orientation-North California 3/15

This Sunday 3/15 at the Diablo Rod & Gun Club Action Pistol Range will be the first meeting of the FT competition.

Orientation and last years awards begins at 9am, shooting starts at 10am, come sight in, meet other airgunners and enjoy some time at the range.

I went to the orientation last year and it was a great experience. Got to meet some very cool people and shoot some very cool guns. Only have a springer? Don’t be shy, no need to have an expensive FT rig to compete and do well, you just have to hit the target to score.

I will be bringing my TalonSS with it’s new racing red stock and hopefully a new 24″ barrel to test. I think there will be a Mac-1 USFT rifle there as well and a few others. Last year I got to sample Photo22’s TT tuned Condor, boy was that a blast!!

Also coming up is the Air Gun Fun Day on March 29th at the Multi-Purpose Range area of the Diablo Rod and Gun Club. This is a simple fun social shoot with a variety of targets and a bunch of people. Bering the kids, the wife and have some fun with airguns.

Although I am not running the shoots I wanted to pass on the information for those that are in the hopes that I get to meet some fellow forumites and see some new rifles. 8)
