Q:

Is it just me…

.. Or do the people who are selling their AF rifles lately seem to be wanting more $ than they are worth.

Please bear in mind that my net expenditure for a used Talon SS was $60, so I might be a bit off.

So, any one out there got a .25 bbl. that they are bored with?

I’ve got a spare 60.00 Heehee!!!

LOL I do shoot a lot, daily when I can.

My Condor has some worn out parts now though, need to spend some maintenance money. Groups are getting kinda wild.

If I ever sell my Condor, I will sell it for 75% of cost. I cant blame people for trying to recoup thier expenditures, especially in this economy.

No, just like reading your sh– all the time and once you said you shot an amazing amount of pellets thru your rifle so I thought you might get a laugh out of selling one for 1500.oo.

What you really want is one of Riffraff’s guns with 400,000 rounds shot thru it for 1500.00, good deal?

Eh?!?

You see me try to sell anything? Anything I have moved has been for free.

Thats probably why I get stuff for free in return?

I know your just bustin my chops 😛

But I do get stuff for nuthin 8) …sometimes WOK makes me pay though.

Lesse, sent some tubes, got a barrel.
Sent a tube, got a frame.
Sent more tubes, got a condor bottle w/valve.
Sent a inquire, got a knob – sent cash got a WOKBUTT.
Said the right words, got 1 of 5 custom made JFK grip adapters.
Theres more, but I know youre already bored.

😆

Gents; The price of an item is determined by the buyer. You can put a price on something you wish to sell but the buyer must bite.

Now comes salesmanship. That’s what many have done to recoup their costs. This idea was stated in an earlier post of the tread. Part out the pieces and parts and you’ll be ahead in the long run.

It’s the same thing with autos. An abandoned, worthless piece of shit Detroit built, rotting piece of shit car is worth next to nothing. Part it out and you can acutully make some money.

Just make sure you park the hulk outside of my neighborhood. I don’t need the illegal aliens, living in the canyons on either side of my home, to move closer. Nothing like having nature preserves to house the illegals on either side of your home. AKULA

Did yellow ninja really sell his for 60$ ? lol

No, he bought one for $x that had lots of accesories on it. After he sold all the crap on it that he didn’t need he made up all but 60 bucks of his orignial payment.

And we all hate him for it. 😀

Cha Ching !

FX Pump, Simmon’s Pro Air, Weaver Rail, Bipod etc AND Talon SS… I was down to $110 for a while.. But I was able to sell the weaver rail, scope rings and fill adapter to bring it down to $60.

I have more than that into it now off course…. $100 for a new frame & an AR-15 Grip etc.

Of course it is, that’s why nobody wants to shoot with him, isn’t it?

I understand the last guy that shot with him left to take a leak and came back to find three $20 bills in his empty gun case……hasn’t seen his TSS since….

I think it’s kind of a good thing, in that the perceived value of the AF guns don’t seem to be depreciating like the value of most other air guns. AF helps in this regard by mandating that their dealers sell the new ones at a set price point, so buyers can’t just sit around and wait for the next blowout sale at PA or wherever.

Nothing worse than something losing half its value the minute you walk out of the store with it. Well, wait, there are plenty of things worse, but you catch my drift. 😉

But yeah, it sux if you’re on the market for one.

Yes it is just you. 😛
